We have some exciting news to share: after many requests from you, we’re launching our 'pause. with My Menopause Centre' Facebook Group! We’re incredibly excited because, while we love being able to talk to you about what’s going on at MMC here, we wanted to create a space where you could talk to us and, just as importantly, each other. A place where you can share stories, ask questions and find support and inspiration.

So, in addition to openly discussing your experiences, you’ll have access to the latest news and updates from our experts – always backed by research to empower you through every aspect of your menopause journey.

Of course no two women’s experiences of the menopause are the same so we’re looking forward to bringing you an exciting calendar of live events and features:

A monthly pause. live where you’ll be able to put your questions to one of our experts for FREE! We’re kicking off with our first pause. live next Tuesday, January 23rd with a ‘Meet The Founders’ event (so you can get to know a bit more about us and why we set up My Menopause Centre) and where we can hear from you about how we can best support you.
A weekly Wednesday Live with Lindsey hosted by Lindsey, our wonderful Patient Liaison Manager, and a chance for you to share the highs and lows of the menopause. Think of it as the ultimate coffee catch-up with your girlfriends where nothing is off limits…
A weekly Feature Friday where we’ll bring you the latest updates and insights on menopause news – your go-to source for staying informed and empowered on all things related to menopause.

This really is your community. We’ll do our utmost to make it as inclusive as possible and we want to hear from you – because it’s only by having truly authentic conversations that we can level the playing field.
