What you’ll find in the group
We created pause. so you could talk to us and, just as importantly, each other. It’s somewhere to share everyday experiences, hear different perspectives, and find peer support, alongside information from our experts.
You don’t need a particular question or a story to share. Listening to other women’s experiences can be helpful too.
