If a 121 consultation is the right approach for you and your colleagues, our doctors, who are all menopause experts, can deliver a 45-minute consultation over video or telephone call.
They will work with the patient to discuss their symptoms and comprehensive medical history in order to determine a personalised, holistic menopause treatment plan.
1-21- consultations can be booked at a time and location to suit the individual and treatment plans will be sent to them within 5 days of the consultation.

A recent Ipsos Mori survey confirmed that women don’t feel like they are getting the right support from their GP, or know where to find the right specialist advice.
Our group consultations allow you to offer specialist advice and support from one of our menopause specialist doctors to groups of up to 8 people. Our menopause specialists will work with you to tailor the session to the needs of the participants and will lead an evidence-based discussion around what the menopause is, an overview of 40 symptoms and the range of treatment options.
Sessions typically last between 90 minutes and 2 hours and can be offered in-person or online. A 10-minute 121 consultation can be offered following the group session to each participant if required.

Menopause policies are really helpful in helping your staff understand what support they can expect to receive, and provide line managers with clear guidance on their role in supporting a member of their team going through menopause. Some great places to look for advice on menopause policies are the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Henpicked – Menopause in the Workplace.
However, more and more organisations are recognising that they need to go beyond this and provide a more comprehensive understanding of the menopause, symptoms and their impact, as well as access to menopause specialists. That’s where we can help you.
From raising awareness of menopause to normalising conversations or providing group and 1-2-1 support, we can help you.
Simply fill out your details and one of our team will be in touch to arrange a suitable time to chat.
