I was fed up of feeling rubbish, and my symptoms were starting to dominate my home and work life and were affecting my family relationships. I hadn’t felt like myself in a long time and didn’t know where else to turn. After my appointment with Dr Clare, I left feeling as though a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Having 50 minutes to talk in detail about how I was feeling, about my symptoms and to receive reassurance that I wasn’t going mad or simply ‘getting old’, was the advice that I needed to hear and was overall, a liberating and positive experience. Dr Clare was patient, kind and understanding and I felt completely at ease with her. Together we made an action plan for the next few months and moving forward, I already feel positive about the change that’s to come. I’d highly recommend MMC to any woman who is struggling through the menopause. The appointment was worth every single penny – you can’t put a price on health.
