Joanne is a Registered Nutritional Therapist who trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Her interest in nutrition and natural health was triggered by her own hormonal health issues of endometriosis, fibroids, and subsequent early menopause, and the struggle to find the right advice. She is passionate about educating and supporting women at all stages of their menopause journey and believes that nutrition has a huge part to play in achieving optimal health in midlife.joannebolger.co.uk
Joanne strongly believes that there is no ‘one size fits all’ and offers a highly personalised approach to her clients. The service she provides is rooted in the principles of Functional Medicine, where the individual is supported holistically – taking into account physical, mental and emotional health as a whole person and not just a set of individual symptoms.
She’ll listen carefully, discuss your family medical history, your mindset, and review a food diary with you to thoroughly assess your needs. All of this is facilitated by an in-depth questionnaire which she’ll complete with you during your first session. From there she’ll design a diet and lifestyle plan that’s right for you based on your conversations.
Working with Joanne doesn’t involve fad diets, or eliminating food groups for no reason; her approach is designed to bring about long-term sustainable and realistic change.
Joanne’s prices range from a one-off 75-minute ‘check in’ consultation to packages offering a series of sessions and support over a three and six-month period. Prices start from £135.
