Charlotte has spent over 20 years supporting women’s health, starting her career as a gynaecology and sexual health nurse. While working in primary care, she completed her Advanced Clinical Practitioner MSc in 2018, further deepening her skills in managing complex health needs.

She holds a Family Planning and Sexual Health Diploma, is an independent prescriber, and is a member of the British Menopause Society. Charlotte has a special interest in hormone deficiencies and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and has seen first hand the positive, life-changing impact the right care can have on wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.

Charlotte is passionate about hormonal health, combining education, early intervention, and personalised care to support long-term wellbeing. She takes a compassionate, patient-centred approach, ensuring everyone she works with feels listened to, supported, and empowered to take control of their health and wellbeing.
