This event has finished

Of all the menopause symptoms, brain fog and mood changes can significantly impact our daily life and take a toll on our confidence and self-esteem. The good news? There’s a range of different ways to treat them, from HRT to exercise and nutrition.

So why not join our FREE webinar where My Menopause Centre’s co-founder Helen Normoyle will be in conversation with the nutritionist and author of The Natural Menopause Method, Karen Newby to discuss this and more.

They’ll talk about:

  • why we experience mood changes and brain fog as we go through the menopause
  • the connection between nutrition and brain health, and the role of our ‘second brain’ our gut
  • nutrients that support cognitive function and mood regulation
  • dietary recommendations that help menopausal brain fog and mood changes
  • share lots of practical, affordable meal plans

There will also be time for your questions!

We look forward to seeing you there.
