Ah, the joy of setting New Year’s resolutions! But all too often such good intentions and that sense of optimism are quickly followed by a sense of failure when we quickly find ourselves back on the sofa, hoovering up the leftover chocolates and Baileys. So, check out our video and get ready to make changes to your lifestyle that you’ll really be able to stick to today – and beyond.
But it doesn’t have to be this way!
The key is to establish realistic and sustainable habits, as we heard from our expert panel in our brilliant live event:
It was wonderful to see so many of you and share more about the best type of exercise and to help with menopause symptoms. But we were also so intrigued to hear Mel talk about open-water swimming. Have you tried? We’d love to hear your thoughts.
We know it’s easy to make resolutions, but following through with them is the hard part. Joanne talked about ‘adding things in rather than taking them away’ which is such a great way to look at things – especially with food. Maintaining a healthy weight is most definitely not about deprivation!
Thank you to all who posted questions – we had so many on HRT and it was great to hear our own Dr Clare address them. You can find these towards the end of the recording.
